Bruschetta

Are you going to a party over the holidays?  Try making bruschetta for a classy looking appetizer.  All it takes is a french baguette sliced and toasted under the broiler, topped with a Roma tomato mixture.  I have always wanted to make it and finally got the chance to.  It was quick, simple, and delicious.  Plus, it looks pretty too.
