Today we received the keys to the school and classrooms. It was exciting and a bit overwhelming too. We each assessed our classrooms and began rooting around to see what we have to work with and what we'll need to order. Just starting out it is pretty tough gauge what it is that we'll need. Unlike working at other jobs, this one in particular does not come with a checklist. You just sort of learn as you go and perfect what is not up to your own standards.
Below is a picture of my classroom. Currently, it is undergoing repairs, so I cannot make a whole lot of changes quite yet.
Here is Nate's room. Again, this is a "before" picture. There is a lot of organization that needs to take place...
My room appears bigger but is actually quite a bit smaller. Nate also has a closet space that is not in this picture.
