Free salmon

When asked if we'd be interested in some fish by a parent of one of my students, I said yes.  I almost forgot about that conversation until they stopped by today.  We certainly will not go hungry here any time soon.

The boxes the salmon came in.  Caught and packaged locally.

Our freezer has met its capacity.  Salmon prepared in this way has been flash frozen,vacuum sealed and had the bones removed.
